AnewHealth is seeking Pharmacy Technicians for our remote Patient Care Center of Excellence. You will work in a phone-based environment supporting patients, doctors, and facilities with prescription processing and data entry.

Responsibilities include authorizations, transfers, and billing, while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. This role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow skills across multiple pharmacy software systems.

Qualificações

• Must be 18+ years of age and have prior pharmacy experience.
• Must maintain PTCB/NHA certification and state registration.
• Ability to work in a phone-based environment while handling sensitive information.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based setting.
• Enter high volumes of prescription data quickly and accurately.
• Receive prescription authorizations, clarifications, or transfers.
• Perform claim adjudication, prior authorizations, and eligibility checks.
• Work through patient case queues to resolve issues.
• Act as liaison between clinical pharmacists and other medical staff.
• Onboard new patients with pharmacists and technicians alike.
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Verify prescription data with doctors via calls.
• Make welcome outbound calls to onboarded patients.
• Update and maintain patients' medication profiles.
• Provide backup support during high call volumes.
• Answer patient questions over the phone.
• Support nationwide patient base in a fast-paced environment.
