AnewHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support patient care in a remote-capable, office-based environment. You will handle prescription processing, authorizations, and data entry while communicating with patients, doctors and facilities to ensure accurate and timely care.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, multi-software navigation, and high-volume, high-energy service to a nationwide patient base.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED and active PTCB/NHA certification.
• Maintain current state pharmacy technician registration.
• Experience in an office/remote setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via phone in a closed-door pharmacy environment.
• Enter high volumes of prescription data with speed and accuracy.
• Obtain authorizations, clarifications or transfers using pharmacy software.
• Perform claim adjudication and auditing duties including prior authorizations and eligibility checks.
• Make outbound calls to patients and coordinate with clinicians and staff.
