AnewHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for a remote-based Patient Care Center of Excellence. You will handle phone calls with patients, doctors and facilities, processing prescription data with speed and accuracy, and supporting multiple pharmacy software systems.

The role focuses on delivering quality patient care, coordinating with pharmacists, and onboarding new patients while maintaining confidentiality in a high-energy, nationwide environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB or NHA) and maintain current certificate.
• Must maintain a pharmacy technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment.
• Enter high volumes of data accurately to process prescription information.
• Receive medication authorizations, clarifications, and transfers.
• Perform claim adjudication and auditing duties including prior authorizations, billing and eligibility checks.
