AnewHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for a remote-based role focused on patient care and phone-based support. The technician will handle data entry, claims adjudication, and coordination with pharmacists and clinicians to ensure seamless patient care.

The position requires PTCB or NHA certification, state registration, and prior pharmacy experience. Excellent customer service, strong communication, and ability to work across multiple software systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Enter a high volume of data and perform adjudication and audits.
• Handle prior authorizations, billing, and eligibility checks.
• Support patient questions over the phone.
• Must be certified with PTCB or NHA and maintain certificate.
• Maintain a pharmacy technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy.
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Comfortable working in a phone-based environment.
• Ability to use multiple software programs to receive authorizations/transfers.
• Exceptional customer service to doctors, pharmacists, and patients.
• Pharmacy billing knowledge.
