AnewHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our remote Patient Care Center of Excellence. In this phone-based role, you will provide exceptional customer service, process prescription information with speed and accuracy, and collaborate with clinical pharmacists to support patient care nationwide.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required with active PTCB or NHA certification.
• Pharmacy technician registration with State Board required and maintained.
• Experience in a pharmacy setting and on-phone workflows preferred.

• Enter prescription data accurately and process authorizations or transfers.
• Perform claim adjudication and billing checks; manage prior authorizations.
• Make outbound calls to patients and onboard new patients to ExactCare.
