AnewHealth is a leading pharmacy care management company offering remote patient support for ExactCare’s nationwide services. Pharmacy Technicians will handle phone-based interactions with patients, doctors, and facilities while processing prescriptions and authorizations in secure systems.

The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and collaboration with pharmacists to onboard new patients and maintain medication profiles in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB or NHA) and maintain current certificate.
• Must maintain a pharmacy technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy.
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment.
• Data entry of prescription information with speed and accuracy.
• Receive prescription authorizations, clarifications or transfers.
• Handle claim adjudication and auditing duties (prior authorizations, billing, eligibility).
• Make outbound calls to patients and onboard new patients to ExactCare.
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with pharmacists to support patient care.
