AnewHealth’s ExactCare Pharmacy is hiring Pharmacy Technicians for a remote-capable role in our Patient Care Center of Excellence. You will support patients, doctors, and facilities by phone in a fast-paced environment, handling prescription data, authorizations, transfers, and billing with precision.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, PTCB or NHA certification, and pharmacy tech registration.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; pharmacy tech certification maintained.
• Must be 18+ years old and able to work in an office/remote setting.
• Experience in a pharmacy setting and knowledge of billing and authorizations.

Mansioni

• Enter prescription data quickly and accurately in multiple systems.
• Receive authorizations, clarifications, or transfers using sound drug knowledge.
• Perform claim adjudication and billing checks; handle outbound calls to patients.
• On-board new patients and maintain confidential patient records.
• Serve as liaison between clinicians, pharmacies, and patients; ensure compliance.
