This remote Pharmacy Technician role sits in our Patient Care Center of Excellence, handling phone-based patient interactions, data processing, and collaboration with pharmacists to support nationwide patient care.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified with PTCB or NHA and current certificate.
• Must maintain a state Board of Pharmacy registration.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment.
• Enter high volumes of data accurately for prescriptions and authorizations.
• Receive prescription authorizations, clarifications, or transfers using multiple software systems.
• Perform claim adjudication and auditing duties including prior authorizations and eligibility checks.
• Assist with on-boarding new patients and maintain confidential patient records.
