AnewHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our Patient Engagement Center of Excellence. This remote, full-time role involves speaking with patients, doctors and facilities by phone to support medication adherence and care coordination.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, navigate pharmacy software, and collaborate with clinical pharmacists to resolve questions, process authorizations, and maintain accurate patient records.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• PTCB or NHA certification required.
• Active pharmacy technician registration with state board.
• Must be 18+ and able to work in a remote setting.

Responsabilidades

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from patients and act as ExactCare expert.
• Place outbound calls to update or create medication profiles.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and clinicians to support patient care.
• Process prior authorizations, billing, and eligibility checks.
• Enter and verify prescription information with speed and accuracy.
