Job summary

AnewHealth is hiring Pharmacy Technicians for the Patient Engagement team to work remotely with ExactCare’s services. You will handle patient calls, resolve questions, and support billing and patient care in a closed-door pharmacy environment.

Roles require pharmacy technician certification, state registration, and strong customer service skills. Travel is minimal; full-time schedule with evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and valid PTCB or NHA certification.
• Must maintain a pharmacy technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound calls from current patients and resolve questions.
• Collect on patient balances when due.
• Serve as liaison between clinical pharmacists and other medical professionals.
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality.
• Provide remote, phone-based support in a closed-door pharmacy environment.
