Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and a valid pharmacy technician certification (PTCB or NHA).
• Must maintain state registration as a pharmacy technician.
• Experience in a pharmacy setting and ability to work in an office or remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone-based patient support and data entry with speed and accuracy.
• Receive prescription authorizations, clarifications, or transfers.
• Perform claim adjudication and auditing tasks (prior authorizations, billing, eligibility).
• Make outbound calls to patients and assist with onboarding and questions.
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality and document details clearly.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and clinicians to ensure timely care.
• Support multiple software systems and navigate pharmacy workflows.
