Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; PTCB or NHA certification.
• Must maintain a current Pharmacy Technician registration with State Board.
• Prior pharmacy experience is preferred; strong computer and phone skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience in a phone-based environment.
• Enter prescription information with speed and accuracy.
• Receive authorizations, clarifications, or transfers using pharmacy software.
• Perform claim adjudication, prior authorizations, billing, and eligibility checks.
• Make outbound calls to patients and onboard new patients to ExactCare.
• Maintain confidential patient records and collaborate with pharmacists and clinicians.
