Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join the Patient Engagement team in a remote capacity. You will resolve inbound questions from patients, doctors, and facilities, and support various stages of patient care while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in pharmacy software systems.

The role requires a high school diploma, PTCB or NHA certification, and a state technician registration. You should be able to work independently in a fully remote environment, provide exceptional

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be certified by PTCB or NHA and maintain current certificate.
• Must maintain an active pharmacy technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound calls from patients and resolve questions.
• Collect on patient balances when due.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a closed-door, phone-based pharmacy environment.
• Serve as liaison between clinical pharmacists and other medical staff.
• Collaborate with technicians and pharmacists to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Assist with patient questions over the phone as needed.
