Job summary

IQVIA LLC is seeking a 100% remote Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative to provide payment assistance solutions such as co-pay cards or vouchers. Primary duties include handling card activations, program eligibility, and explaining benefits and submission rejections.

The role requires a High School Diploma, pharmacy technician experience, HIPAA certification and call center experience; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Shifts are EST-based and part of a 40-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician experience required.
• HIPAA certification required.
• Call center experience preferred (3+ years).
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other available means of contact to the Support Center.
• Quickly assess the user's issue and provide first level support for problem resolution.
• Document information specific to the resolution and expand unresolved issues expeditiously to the appropriate area.
• Recognize operational challenges and suggest recommendations to management as necessary.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week across specified EST shift windows.
