Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative for a 100% remote contract position. You will handle payment assistance tasks, such as co-pay cards or vouchers, and respond to card activation and program eligibility inquiries.

The role requires a Pharmacy Technician background, HIPAA certification, and call center experience; English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus. Typical shifts are 8–5, 9–6, 10–7, or 11–8 EST.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician experience required.
• HIPAA certification required.
• Call center experience preferred (3+ years).
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other contact methods.
• Assess user issues and provide first-level resolution.
• Document resolution details and escalate unresolved issues promptly.
• Identify operational challenges and suggest improvements.
• Be available for 40 hours per week across listed EST shifts.
