Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative to join our 100% remote team. You will provide payment assistance solutions, including co-pay cards or vouchers, and handle card activation, eligibility, and benefit explanations.

The role requires a Pharmacy Technician background, HIPAA certification, and call center experience, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Expect shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM EST, 40 hours per week, and remote employment via an external agency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Pharmacy Technician experience required.
• HIPAA certified.
• Call center experience required (3+ years preferred).
• Experience in medical claim processing is a plus.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other contact methods to the Support Center.
• Quickly assess the user's issue and provide first-level resolution.
• Document information and escalate unresolved issues promptly to the appropriate area.
• Identify operational challenges and suggest management recommendations as needed.
