Job summary

IQVIA, a global provider of clinical research services and healthcare insights, is seeking a remote Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative for a contract role managed by an external agency. Primary duties include payment assistance solutions, card activation, program eligibility, and troubleshooting submission rejections.

Must have Pharmacy Technician experience and HIPAA certification. Role requires call-center experience and the ability to work 40 hours weekly in EST time zones.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician experience required.
• HIPAA certified.
• Call center experience required (3+ years preferred).
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other contact methods.
• Quickly assess the user’s issue and provide first level support for resolution.
• Document information specific to the resolution and escalate unresolved issues.
• Recognize operational challenges and suggest recommendations to management.
• Work 40 hours per week with shifts 8:00 am–5:00 pm EST, 9:00 am–6:00 pm EST, 10:00 am–7:00 pm EST, or 11:00 am–8:00 pm EST.
