Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative for a 100% remote contract. You will provide payment assistance solutions like co-pay cards and support card activation, program eligibility, and benefit explanations.

The role requires a Pharmacy Technician background, HIPAA certification, and call center experience (3+ years preferred). Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; shifts run on EST time.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Pharmacy Technician experience required.
• HIPAA certified.
• Call center experience (3+ years preferred).
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other contact methods.
• Assess issues and provide first level problem resolution.
• Document resolution details and escalate unresolved issues promptly.
• Identify operational challenges and suggest improvements to management.
• Work 40 hours per week across specified EST shifts.
