AppleOne Employment Services is hiring a Pharmacy CSR for a 100% remote, full-time temp-to-hire position supporting a healthcare customer service team. You will assist customers, pharmacies, and providers with prescription benefits, coverage, and billing questions while using multiple systems.

Training is provided, with ongoing coaching and growth opportunities. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced call center.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call center environments.
• Ability to document interactions clearly and accurately.
• Proficient with basic computer systems and learning new ones quickly.
• Must have a private, distraction-free workspace and reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers, pharmacies, and providers.
• Assist with prescription benefits, coverage, billing, eligibility, and prior authorizations.
• Document interactions and resolutions accurately for first-call resolution.
• Meet quality, productivity, and attendance expectations in a fast-paced environment.
