AppleOne Employment Services is hiring a Remote Pharmacy CSR for a full-time, direct-hire role supporting customers, pharmacies, and healthcare providers in a fast-paced healthcare services call center.

The position offers 100% remote work, provided equipment, and benefits. The successful candidate will handle prescription benefits, home delivery medications, billing, eligibility, and claims while documenting interactions and maintaining service standards.

Qualifications

Provide inbound customer support for pharmacy benefits, prescription services, billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and authorizations.
Research and resolve customer issues using multiple complex computer systems.
Document customer interactions accurately and support first-call resolution.
Maintain quality, productivity, attendance, and customer experience standards.

Responsibilities

Answer high-volume inbound calls from customers, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
Assist with questions related to prescription benefits, home delivery medications, billing, payments, eligibility, coverage, claims, authorizations, and medication deliveries.
Research and resolve customer issues using multiple computer systems and internal resources.
Accurately document customer interactions and follow established service procedures.
Make occasional follow-up calls as needed to support issue resolution.
Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and first-call resolution expectations.
