Qualifications

• Assist customers, pharmacies, and healthcare providers with prescription benefit and pharmacy service questions.
• Research billing, eligibility, claims, coverage, prior authorization, and medication delivery inquiries.
• Accurately document call details and resolutions in multiple systems.
• Meet call center quality, productivity, attendance, and service expectations.
• 1-2 years of customer service or related experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Able to handle a high volume inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
• Navigate multiple computer systems while speaking with callers.
• Attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Remote full-time schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
• Assist callers with prescription benefits, medication coverage, billing, payments, eligibility, claims, prior authorizations, and home delivery medications.
• Research and resolve customer questions using multiple computer systems, internal tools, and available resources.
• Provide clear, professional, and empathetic support while actively listening and asking effective questions.
• Accurately document customer interactions, issue details, actions taken, and resolutions.
• Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and performance expectations in a high-volume remote call center environment.
