Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a Pharmacy Customer Service Rep for a full-time, remote contract opportunity. You will assist customers, pharmacies, and healthcare providers with questions related to prescription benefits, billing, and eligibility in a fast-paced remote call center.

The role requires strong communication, prior call center or customer service experience, and a private workspace with a wired Internet connection.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Must have a private, distraction-free workspace and a hard-wired Ethernet connection.
• Must be able to remain on camera during working hours.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
• Assist with prescription benefits, coverage, billing, claims, and prior authorizations.
• Research and resolve customer issues using multiple computer systems and internal resources.
• Provide clear, professional, empathetic communication while identifying customer needs.
