AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative for a direct hire, remote inbound call center supporting members, pharmacies, and healthcare providers. Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required.
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn multiple systems.
Must have a private, dedicated, distraction-free workspace with a lockable door or private space.
Must have a hardwired Ethernet internet connection. WiFi is not accepted.
Minimum internet speeds required: 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.

Responsibilities

Handle high-volume inbound calls from members, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
Assist callers with prescription benefits, home-delivery medications, billing, payments, eligibility, coverage, claims, authorizations, and delivery questions.
Research and resolve customer issues using multiple computer systems and internal resources.
Accurately document customer interactions, call details, follow-up needs, and resolution steps.
Use active listening, probing questions, and problem-solving skills to support first-call resolution.
Meet established expectations for quality, productivity, attendance, and customer experience.
