AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative for a remote, full-time, temp-to-hire position supporting pharmacy and healthcare customer service operations.

You will assist customers, pharmacies, and providers with questions on prescription benefits, coverage, and medication deliveries while undergoing paid training and ongoing coaching. The role offers a strong path for long-term growth in a supportive remote environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
• Assist with questions regarding prescription benefits, coverage, billing, payments, eligibility, claims, prior authorizations, and medication delivery.
• Research customer concerns using multiple computer systems and provide timely solutions.
• Document interactions and follow-up actions accurately.
• Maintain performance, quality, attendance, and productivity standards in a remote call center.
