Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Comfortable using computers and learning multiple new systems.
• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers, pharmacies, and healthcare providers regarding pharmacy benefits and services.
• Assist with questions related to prescription coverage, home delivery medications, billing, payments, eligibility, claims, prior authorizations, and medication deliveries.
• Research and resolve customer issues using multiple computer systems while accurately documenting interactions and outcomes.
• Ask effective questions, identify customer needs, and provide clear, professional, and empathetic solutions.
• Make occasional outbound follow-up calls as needed to support issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Meet established expectations for quality, productivity, attendance, compliance, and overall performance.
