Qualifications

• Handle inbound pharmacy customer service calls in a high-volume remote call center environment.
• Research prescription benefits, billing, claims, eligibility, coverage, prior authorizations, and delivery questions.
• Document customer interactions accurately while working across multiple computer systems.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Must have a private, distraction-free workspace and a hard-wired Ethernet connection.
• Minimum internet speeds of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
• Assist callers with prescription benefits, coverage, home delivery medications, billing, payments, eligibility, claims, prior authorizations, and delivery questions.
• Research and resolve customer issues using multiple computer systems and internal resources.
• Ask effective questions, actively listen, and provide clear, professional, and empathetic support.
• Accurately document customer interactions, issue details, and resolutions.
• Meet established quality, productivity, attendance, and performance expectations in a high-volume call center environment.
