AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative for a direct hire, remote opportunity. This fast-paced inbound call center role supports members, pharmacies, and healthcare providers with prescription benefits, billing, eligibility, and medication delivery, with company-provided equipment and structured training.

The position requires a HS diploma, at least 1 year of customer service, ability to work evenings/weekends, and a private workspace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn multiple systems required.
• Hardwired Ethernet with 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload recommended.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls from members, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
• Research issues using multiple systems and provide timely resolutions.
• First-call resolution and accurate documentation of interactions.
• Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer service standards.
• Support prescription benefits, billing, eligibility, and medication delivery questions.
• Document interactions and follow up as needed.
