Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• PTCB or NHA certification required and active.
• Maintain a pharmacy technician registration with State Board.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in a phone-based environment.
• Enter prescription data accurately and efficiently.
• Receive authorizations, clarifications, or transfers via phone.
• Perform claim adjudication, prior authorizations, and eligibility checks.
• Route issues to pharmacists and collaborate with medical staff as needed.
• Assist with onboarding new patients and maintaining medication profiles.
• Maintain detailed patient records with accuracy and privacy.
