You will create project plans, oversee evaluations, and collaborate with leadership to implement data-driven enhancements. A background in quality analytics and customer-focused service is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience supervising or as a quality analyst.
• Ability to analyze data to drive decisions and improvements.
• Experience developing and executing improvements.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Support for compliance program objectives.
• Collaborates respectfully with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Define and monitor quality metrics for the program.
• Review quality monitoring data regularly.
• Assess performance of analysts and pharmacy personnel.
• Track escalations and data outliers for root cause and improvements.
• Lead calibration processes for consistency across parties.
• Develop and test enhancements and write business requirements.
• Create state assessments and recommend improvements to leadership.
