Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB or NHA) and current certificate.
• Active Pharmacy Technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound calls and resolve patient questions.
• Collect on patient balances when due.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a closed-door pharmacy environment.
• Liaise between clinical pharmacists and other medical professionals.
• Coordinate with technicians, pharmacists, and specialists to ensure patient care.
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality.
• Backup support during peak call times.
• Assist with patient questions over the phone.
