AnewHealth seeks a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our Patient Engagement team in a fully remote setting. The role centers on resolving patient questions by phone, collecting balances, and coordinating with pharmacists to ensure exceptional care for patients across a closed-door environment.

Ideal candidates hold a PTCB or NHA certification, a valid State Board registration, and can multitask across pharmacy software while maintaining strict confidentiality and high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Certified with PTCB or NHA and maintain current certificate.
• Must maintain a pharmacy technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy.

Responsabilités

• Answer high-volume inbound calls from current patients and resolve questions.
• Collect on patient balances when due.
• Provide excellent customer service in a remote/home-based pharmacy environment.
• Serve as liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical professionals.
• Partner with technicians, pharmacists, and specialists to ensure quality care.
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Act as backup support during high call volume.
• Assist patients with questions over the phone.
• Uphold AnewHealth’s core values in communications.
