Job summary

AnewHealth seeks a Pharmacy Technician on the Patient Engagement team to deliver a quality, phone-based experience for patients and providers. This fully remote role handles inbound calls, resolves questions about service, and supports balance collection within a compliant environment.

The technician must hold a PTCB/NHA certification, maintain state registration, and protect patient confidentiality while collaborating with pharmacists, doctors, and other staff to ensure exceptional care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Certified with PTCB or NHA and maintain current certificate.
• Must maintain a pharmacy technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound calls from patients and resolve questions as an ExactCare expert.
• Collect on patient balances when due.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a remote, phone-based pharmacy environment.
• Serve as liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical professionals.
• Maintain patient records with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Support times of higher call volume as needed.
• Assist patients with questions over the phone while adhering to regulations.
