Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join the Patient Engagement team in a fully remote setting. You will handle inbound calls from patients, providers, and facilities, resolving issues and collecting balances while upholding patient confidentiality and accuracy in records.

Requirements include high school diploma/GED, PTCB or NHA certification, and State Board of Pharmacy registration. Experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred, with a focus on exceptional customer service and

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Certified with PTCB or NHA and maintain current certificate.
• Must maintain a Pharmacy Technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound calls from patients and resolve questions.
• Collect on patient balances when due.
• Provide an exceptional customer service experience in a remote pharmacy environment.
• Serve as liaison between clinical pharmacists and other medical professionals.
• Partner with technicians, pharmacists, and specialists to ensure excellent patient care.
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Serve as backup support during peak call times.
• Assist with patient questions over the phone.
