Job summary

Lumicera Health Services, part of Navitus, is seeking a Pharmacy Supervisor to lead a dynamic team in a remote-capable role. The position focuses on daily workflow management, staff coaching, and ensuring accurate pharmacy claims processing while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED (Associate or Bachelor’s preferred), 2 years of managed care/pharmacy experience, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in a managed care, specialty pharmacy, customer service, or PBM environment required.
• Experience in a call center environment preferred.
• Direct leadership or coaching / mentoring experience preferred.
• Pharmacy Claim / benefit experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day leadership and support of department staff.
• Set and enforce quality metrics for staff.
• Conduct training and development for individuals and department.
• Handle disciplinary processes per policies.
• Escalate calls and triage issues to pharmacists as appropriate.
• Ensure resources and knowledge are current for staff.
