Job summary

Lumicera Health Services, powered by Navitus, is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Supervisor to lead daily workflow and staffing in a remote-capable role across the United States. You will drive quality metrics, manage staff, and coordinate with partners to ensure seamless patient services.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 2 years in managed care or specialty pharmacy, plus leadership or call-center experience. Strong HIPAA knowledge and compliance mindset are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in a managed care, specialty pharmacy, customer service, or PBM environment required.
• Experience in a call center environment preferred.
• Direct leadership or coaching / mentoring experience preferred.
• Pharmacy Claim / benefit experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy practices preferred.
• Participate in compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily workload standards are met by understanding current workflow and scheduling needs and ensuring direction to staff supports workflow goals.
• Identify and remove barriers that prevent goals from being achieved.
• Review client transitions and changes in volume; ensure scripting and resources are clear.
• Ensure information impacting staff is shared timely and appropriately.
• Coach, motivate and develop staff to produce outstanding results.
• Triage service and technical issues to resolution and educate staff of cause/resolution.
• Maintain resources and knowledge of pharmacy processing software and Lumicera’s systems.
