You will oversee workload planning, remove barriers, monitor metrics, and coordinate with staffing agencies while ensuring timely communication and staff development.

Required: high school diploma or GED; an associate or bachelor's degree preferred; 2 years in managed care, specialty pharmacy, or PBM;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• CPhT preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in a managed care, specialty pharmacy, customer service, or PBM environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day leadership and staff support.
• Set and enforce quality metrics for the team.
• Coach and develop staff to achieve outstanding results.
• Coordinate with hiring/temp agencies.
• Ensure resources and training materials are current.
