Lumicera Health Services (powered by Navitus) is seeking a leadership role to guide and support a team in a fast-paced environment. The position emphasizes staff development, adherence to compliance standards, and effective communication with stakeholders across pharmacy operations.

The role requires prior leadership experience, familiarity with pharmacy claims, and strong knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy practices.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED; an associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CPhT preferred.
• At least 2 years in a managed care, specialty pharmacy, customer service, or PBM environment.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Direct leadership or coaching/mentoring experience preferred.
• Pharmacy claim/benefit experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy practices preferred.
• Commitment to compliance and respectful teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily workload standards are met by understanding workflow and directing staff.
• Identify and remove barriers to achieve goals.
• Review client transitions and volume changes for clear scripting and resources.
• Share information impacting staff in a timely manner.
• Coach, motivate and develop staff to deliver outstanding results.
• Lead day-to-day staff leadership and support within the department.
• Coordinate with hiring/temp agencies as needed.
• Travel up to 5% for work-related duties.
