Qualifications

• Active, clear, and unrestricted Pharmacist license in your state of residence.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school.
• 4+ years experience in a high-volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience using operational data and performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations, patient safety, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists responsible for remote prescription verification, patient consultations, and other clinical pharmacy operations.
• Oversee day-to-day team performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop and maintain reporting and performance visibility for Remote Pharmacist operations.
• Forecast staffing needs based on prescription volume and patient demand; ensure appropriate coverage.
• Develop and execute training and quality assurance programs; set clear performance expectations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Pharmacy Operations, Product, Workforce Management, and other partners to improve workflows.
• Maintain proficiency in frontline pharmacy workflows and participate in coverage rotations as needed.
