Qualifications

• Active, clear, and unrestricted Pharmacist license in your state of residence.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• 4+ years experience in a high-volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience coaching and developing a team and setting performance expectations.
• Experience in pharmacy operations including prescription verification and patient consultations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of pharmacy regulations, patient safety, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists for remote prescription verification and consultations.
• Oversee day-to-day performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop and maintain reporting; use data to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Forecast staffing needs and ensure appropriate coverage in collaboration with Workforce Management.
• Develop and execute training and quality assurance programs for pharmacy operations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to improve workflows.
• Maintain proficiency in frontline pharmacy workflows and regulatory compliance.
