Fuze Health Inc. seeks a Care Supervisor, Pharmacist to lead a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering high-quality remote pharmacy services, including verification and patient consultations. You will monitor performance, drive improvements, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with Care, Product, and Workforce Management teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, data-informed decisions, and maintaining frontline proficiency in remote pharmacy workflows and patient safety.

Formación

• PharmD degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Experience in high-volume pharmacy operations preferred.
• Experience leading or supervising pharmacists in remote/centralized settings.
• Ability to use data and metrics to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and patient-safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of remote pharmacists delivering remote prescription verification and patient consultations.
• Oversee day-to-day team performance, service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop and maintain reporting for remote pharmacist operations; translate data into improvements.
• Collaborate with Workforce Management and Care leadership to ensure appropriate coverage.
