Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Care Supervisor, Pharmacist to lead a remote team of pharmacists delivering high‑quality remote verification, patient consultations and clinical operations.

You will drive performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate across Pharmacy Operations, Product and Workforce Management to optimize workflows. The role requires PharmD, hands-on leadership, and experience in centralized or remote pharmacy settings.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Experience leading or supervising pharmacists in remote or centralized pharmacy operations.
• Experience with ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists responsible for remote prescription verification, patient consultations, and other clinical pharmacy operations.
• Oversee day-to-day team performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop and maintain reporting and performance visibility for Remote Pharmacist operations using Looker and other tools.
• Partner with Workforce Management and Care leadership to maintain appropriate coverage and respond to changing business needs.
• Develop and execute training and quality assurance programs that support compliant, high-quality operations.
• Lead changes by implementing new workflows, tools, and processes to improve patient care.
• Maintain proficiency across systems supporting Remote Pharmacy Operations, including Dialpad, Alto OS, Aspect, and Veriato.
• Ensure team operations adhere to applicable pharmacy regulations and company policies.
• Manage escalations and maintain license status with the Board of Pharmacy.
