Job summary

The ideal candidate uses data to drive improvements, partners with Pharmacy Operations, Product, and Workforce Management, and may perform frontline work to support service levels.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in the United States, in good standing.
• PharmD degree from an accredited school of Pharmacy.
• 4+ years experience in a high-volume pharmacy setting.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience coaching and developing a team; performance feedback.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote prescription verification and patient consultations.
• Oversee daily performance across service levels, productivity, and patient experience.
• Develop reporting and visibility; use data to drive improvements in workflows.
• Forecast staffing needs and ensure appropriate coverage; collaborate cross-functionally.
