Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in the United States.
• 4+ years experience in a high-volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Experience coaching and developing a team with performance feedback.
• Experience in pharmacy operations including prescription verification and patient consultations.
• Strong ability to use data to identify trends, manage performance and improve.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote prescription verification and clinical operations.
• Oversee daily performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop reporting and visibility for operations; drive data-driven improvements.
• Forecast staffing needs and ensure appropriate coverage with Care leadership.
• Develop and execute training and quality assurance programs to ensure safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new workflows and tools.
