Qualifications

• Ability to use data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• PharmD degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists responsible for remote prescription verification and patient consultations.
• Oversee day-to-day team performance across service levels and patient experience.
• Develop and maintain reporting and performance visibility for Remote Pharmacist operations.
• Forecast staffing needs based on prescription volume and demand.
• Develop and execute training and quality assurance programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety across operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows.
• Maintain proficiency across pharmacy systems and tools.
