Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in a high volume pharmacy.
• Experience directly managing, coaching, and developing a team.
• Experience in pharmacy operations including prescription verification and patient consultations.
• Ability to use data and performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations, patient safety, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists.
• Oversee day-to-day team performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop and maintain reporting and performance visibility for Remote Pharmacist operations.
• Partner with Workforce Management and Care leadership to maintain appropriate coverage.
• Develop and execute training and quality assurance programs.
• Lead the implementation of new workflows, tools, programs and changes.
• Develop proficiency with systems supporting Remote Pharmacy Operations and monitor performance.
• Maintain proficiency in frontline workflows and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage escalations and ensure board eligibility for pharmacists.
