Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Care Supervisor, Pharmacist to lead a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering high-quality pharmacy services, including remote verification and patient consultations. You will manage day-to-day performance, ensure patient safety, and regulatory compliance while partnering with Pharmacy Operations and other teams.

You’ll use data to drive improvements, develop training and QA programs, and adapt workflows to scale service levels in a fast-paced remote environment.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Experience in high-volume pharmacy operations.
• Experience managing a remote/pharmacy operations team.
• Proficiency with Looker for data reporting and analytics.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists responsible for remote prescription verification, patient consultations, and other clinical pharmacy operations.
• Oversee day-to-day team performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience; set clear performance expectations.
• Develop and maintain reporting and performance visibility for Remote Pharmacist operations; use data to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Operations, Product, Workforce Management, Compliance and other teams to support workflows and regulatory compliance.
• Lead training and quality assurance programs to ensure high-quality operations and patient safety.
