Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Care Supervisor, Pharmacist to lead a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering high-quality remote pharmacy services, including prescription verification and patient consultations. Qualifications

• Pharmacist with PharmD and licensure in good standing.
• Experience leading or supervising pharmacists in remote or centralized pharmacy operations environments.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations, patient safety, and compliance standards.
• Experience using data and reporting tools to monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Experience implementing new pharmacy workflows and technology in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote prescription verification and clinical pharmacy operations.
• Oversee day-to-day team performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience; set and monitor expectations.
• Develop and maintain reporting and performance visibility using Looker and other tools; drive improvements in workflows and staffing.
