Fuze Health is hiring a Care Supervisor, Pharmacist to lead a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering high-quality pharmacy services, including remote verification and patient consultations. You will drive performance, staffing, training, and quality assurance in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

This role partners with Pharmacy Operations, Product, and Workforce Management to optimize workflows, maintain patient safety, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting frontline operations

Qualifications

• Active, clear, and unrestricted Pharmacist license in your state of residence; Registered Pharmacist in good standing with the applicable Board of Pharmacy

Responsibilities

• Lead remote pharmacist operations, guiding the team in prescription verification and patient consultations
• Oversee daily performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience
• Develop and maintain reporting to monitor operations and identify improvement opportunities
• Forecast staffing needs and coordinate with Workforce Management for appropriate coverage
• Partner with Care leaders to design and implement training and QA programs to ensure compliance and safety
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Compliance teams to support changes and improve workflows
