Job summary

Fuze Health in the United States is seeking a Care Supervisor, Pharmacist to lead a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering high-quality remote pharmacy services, including verification and patient consultations. Qualifications

• Active, clear, and unrestricted Pharmacist license in your state of residence; Registered Pharmacist in good standing with the applicable Board of Pharmacy
• 4+ years experience working in a high volume pharmacy
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Experience directly managing, coaching, and developing a team, including setting performance expectations and providing ongoing performance feedback
• Experience working in pharmacy operations, including prescription verification, patient consultations, and clinical pharmacy workflows
• Demonstrated ability to use operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, manage performance, and drive improvements
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and lead in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment
• Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations, patient safety requirements, and compliance standards
• Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
• Licensure: Active pharmacist license in good standing in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists responsible for remote prescription verification, patient consultations, and other clinical pharmacy operations
• Oversee day-to-day team performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience
• Develop and maintain reporting and performance visibility for Remote Pharmacist operations using data and trends
• Forecast staffing needs based on prescription volume and demand; ensure appropriate coverage
• Develop and execute training and quality assurance programs to support compliant operations
• Support implementation of new workflows, tools, and changes to ensure adoption
• Develop proficiency across systems and tools supporting Remote Pharmacy Operations (Dialpad, Alto OS, Aspect, Veriato) and optimize workflows
• Maintain frontline proficiency and participate in coverage rotations when needed
• Ensure regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal pharmacy regulations and company policies
• Manage escalations for complex issues with cross-functional teams
