Fuze Health is seeking a Care Supervisor, Pharmacist to lead a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote prescription verification and patient consultations. You will manage day-to-day performance, staffing, and the patient experience while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Collaborate with Pharmacy Operations, Product, and Workforce Management to drive training, quality assurance, and workflow improvements using data-driven insights.

Qualifikationen

• Active, clear, and unrestricted Pharmacist license in your state of residence.
• PharmD degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• 4+ years experience in a high-volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience in pharmacy operations, including prescription verification and patient consultations.
• Ability to use operational data and metrics to identify trends and drive improvements.

Aufgaben

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote prescription verification, patient consultations, and other clinical operations.
• Oversee day-to-day team performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop reporting and performance visibility; use data to inform decisions and drive improvements.
• Forecast staffing needs and ensure appropriate coverage in partnership with Workforce Management.
• Develop and execute training and quality assurance programs for consistent operations.
